We understand that life happens. This page explains our cancellation timing, how fees are decided, and how to reschedule or get a refund.

Timing & fees at a glance

  • 24+ hours notice: no cancellation fee.
  • 12-24 hours notice: 50% of the session price, or you may reschedule with a credit at no charge.
  • Under 12 hours notice: full session fee.
  • Illness or family emergency: always waived, regardless of timing.

How to cancel or reschedule

To cancel or reschedule, use the link in your booking confirmation email, sign in to your account, or message Skyler directly. Cancellations are effective at the timestamp they are received.
